will refund online software
purchases in accordance with the
following:

No free
demonstration of the software
was available at the time of
your purchase (products which
offer free demonstration
versions are not refundable).

If our software
fails to work properly for you
and we cannot solve your
technical challenges during the
30 days following your purchase,
we will refund 100% of your
purchase price if you decide to
discontinue using it.

If, for any other
reason, you decide to abandon
the use of our software within
30 days of purchase, we will
refund your purchase price less
a 10% merchant handling fee.
This fee fairly offsets the
merchant costs related to your
credit card charges and credit
transactions.

No Refunds will
be provided to orders older than
30 Days.

You can provide
us with identifiable information
from your order (including, but
not limited to: order number and
last 4 digits of credit card
number used for purchase).

Refunds are made
only to the credit card which
was used for the purchase.

You destroy all
copies of the software upon
refund (note that some software
reports it's usage to the
software publisher).
Due to the nature
of software and online sales, this
policy is strictly enforced. |
